Smoothie recipe

Hello lovelies!

This smoothie makes me feel like I have super powers :) 

You will need:

1/2 of an avocado

2 bananas (ripe if possible)

juice of a 1/2 a lemon

additional leaf greens (if you want) like Mangold

2 cups of water or oats milk (ca.300 ml, but up to you)

a bit of ice

MIXX IT, BABY!  very healthy, very simple, very yummie!
