So here we go again with a yummie recipe! A great snack also for you!
pancakes with dessicated coconut
This breakfast was delicious! You will need:
- two cups of dessicated coconut / cocoflakes
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup rice milk (maybe a bit more – depending on the outcome of the consistency)
- banana and pomegranate (each a half)
Mix the coconut flour and the normal flour with ricemilk and stir, then heat your frying pan to medium and pour the batter on the greased pan, flip these when it bubbles.
After cooking add the banana, the pomegranate and the cinnamon.
I hope you and your little one enjoy it! For the mini-me I cut it into long pieces.
