26/100 Wild rice with a sweet curry sauce & califlower & a red beans burger

  1. 200 g of wild rice per person
  2. Small bottle of soy cream(200 ml)
  3. 1/2 of a califlower
  4. 200 g of red beans per person
  5. Curry powder
  6. Salt & pepper
  7. a bit of agave sirop
  1. Boil the wild rice in water and cook for about 20 minutes
  2. In a small pan add soya cream and mix it with curry powder and a bit of agavesirop let it cook for 10 minutes
  3. In another pan cook the califlower for 15 minutes
  4. soak the red beans in a bit of warm water and add spices and herbs of choice than mixx with oats into a burger mass
  5. Place the burgers on a hot pan and let them cook for about 15 minutes (please check each side after 7 minutes)
