Here are some secret tips to make your life a bit happier ! In case you have a bad day. Just do something on the list
1. CHASE THE SUN! No matter what you do. When the sun comes up, just leave your work space for 15 minutes and go get your vitamin d. This boosts your happiness! I really miss the sun in winter
2. CALL A FRIEND! If you have a bad day. That’s what friends are for! I sure love my people! <3
3. GIVE THANKS! Grattitude is amazing and gives you a very special attitude. Let’s be grateful for the things we have in life.
4. DRINK A CUP OF TEA and LIGHT SOME DELICIOUS CANDLES! Just because. It can help you in relaxing when you’re stressed and is a nice ritual.
5. GO TO THE LAKE OR SEA! Water is magical It’s calming, inspiring and healing if you ask me
6. TAKE A MINUTE EVERYDAY TO BE HAPPY ABOUT YOURSELF. Sure not every day is perfect, but there’s something perfect in everday. Even if you only have a good hair day
7. IF IT’S NOT (YET) POSSIBLE TO STOP THINGS YOU DON’T WANT TO DO – BRING THEM TO AN ABSOLUTE MINIMUM!
8. BE (WITH) SOMEONE WHO MAKES YOU HAPPY! Start with yourself. And if you’re not having the Mr. Right next to you. BE SOMEONE WHO MAKES YOU HAPPY! You matter!
9. PLAY! Have fun and play! With your hubby, your child or whoever you want. Have fun in your life!
10. FIND JOY IN THE ORDINARY. See the stranger at the bus station? Just smile. Say a nice word to your neighbour. Compliment your boss. Find joy when you meet someone.
