How to start in a happy brandnew day! And the recipe of a smoothie!


 How to start in to a great day! Here’s an idea :)

 Make a green smoothie and relax a bit before you get your things done! GOOD MORNING! 

For the green smoothie you will need:

  • 3 to 5 big spinach leaves

  • 1 banana (frozen)

  • 1 table spoon chia seeds

  • a hand full of raspberries

  • vanilla powder (sugarfree)

  • 1/4 Avocado

  • 1 cup of ice

  • two leaves of mint

  • 2 cups almond milk

  • 5 cashews

mix it in a blender and enjoy!  

I also love some time to relax, do yoga and light some peppermint fragrances in our home! :)
