veganer-blätterteigHello you lovely readers. I’m back with a recipe I’d like to share. This is a super easy and  very good lunch!  

23/100 Puff paste with peas, corn and cashews!

  1. 200 grams of peas
  2. 200 g of corn
  3. 100 g cashew nuts
  4. Puff pastry (bought at Coop)
  5. olive oil
  6. salt and pepper
  7. herbs you love
  1. On the puff paste add 2 table spoons of olive oil and a bit of salt
  2. Then add the peas and the corn above
  3. And grate the cashews (If you think this is not enough saucy you can also mix the cashews with a bit of water and lemon juice and blend them in a mixer to get a cashew sauce)
  4. Place in oven for twenty minutes on 200 Degrees C. / 400 Degrees F.
