Foodporn-Burger with Tagliatelle and dried tomatoes

Ingredients
  1. Burger made of kidney beans (bought from Alnatura)
  2. Burger bread
  3. Some salad leaves
  4. Some shopped chillies
  5. Chopped onions
  6. Cocktail sauce
  7. a bit of vinegar
  8. 6 tablespoons of Ketchup
  9. a hint of garlic
  10. a hint of agave syrup
  11. one tea spoon of mustard
  12. salt and pepper
  13. A hint of basil
  14. Tagliatelle
  15. Salt
  16. Dried tomatoes
Instructions
  1. In a pan roast the burger with a bit of olive oil
  2. Squeeze a large drop of your cocktail sauce on the base of each bun (the bun is yummy if you toast it a bit before) then top with the burger. Next, layer over whatever you want! We wanted salad and some herbs like parsley. You can add tomatoes or carrots, a lettuce leaf and finally the burger tops
  3. For the Cocktail sauce
  4. Add vinegar, Ketchup, garlic and agave syrup then a bit of mustard
  5. salt and pepper & a hint of basil
  6. Mix it all together and voila the cocktail sauce is ready
  7. Cook tagliatelle for 7 minutes (al dente) in hot water
  8. In another pan heat olive oil, onions and add dried tomatoes
  9. Let cook for some minutes
  10. Add salt and pepper
  11. That's your tagliatelle sauce!
Notes
