Wholemeal pancakes with raspberries and maple syrup

  1. 1.5 cups (210 grams) whole wheat flour
  2. one tablespoon agave syrup
  3. a bigger pinch of salt
  4. 3-4 tablespoons baking powder
  5. 1 1/2 cups (295 to 350 ml) rice milk (or milk of your choice)
  6. 4 tablespoons vegan butter
  7. 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
  8. A bit of oil
  1. Whisk all the dry ingredients together like flour, baking powder, salt
  2. Then warm the milk a bit and whisk it with the butter and the vanilla until blended
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat
  4. Then lightly brush skillet with a bit oil
  5. Put in the pancakes mass
  6. When the edges of the pancake look a bit dry and do bubble turn over
  7. Once flipped, cook up to 3 minutes or lightly browned
  8. Serve warm with maple syrup and raspberries
  9. Enjoy!
