Lemon tagliatelle with chillies and corn

  1. Tagliatelle (300 gramms per person)
  2. 1/4 cup unsalted vegan butter
  3. 1 Chillie (cutted)
  4. 1/2 Can of Corn
  5. Half of a lemon (squeezed)
  6. Half of this lemon (peeled)
  7. 1/2 cup granulated sugar or sweetener of your choice
  8. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  9. 100 ml almond milk
  10. 3 tablespoon of soya cream
  1. In a small pan add the vegan butter, the corn and the chillies
  2. Stir together and add the lemon juice, then add the peeled lemon skin
  3. Stir well add the salt and sugar
  4. Add the almond milk, stir and let it cook for some minutes
  5. Add the soya cream and let it cook for another 5 minutes
  6. Then combine with the cooked tagliatelle
  7. Enjoy!
