24/100 Salad with couscous and soy nuggets

  1. One to two portions of salad
  2. 200 g of corn
  3. 200 g of beans
  4. 300 g of couscous
  5. 3 to 5 soy nuggets
  6. coconut milk (around 150 ml)
  7. a hand full raisins
  8. garlic (amount of your choice)
  9. agave sirop
  10. curry
  11. salt & pepper
  1. Wash & dry the salad and add oil and vinegar as well salt and pepper
  2. In a fry pan bake the soy nuggets with 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  3. In a separate pan add olive oil, the corn, a bit of garlic and the beans ,flavor with curry and salt and a bit of agave sirop, add coconut milk to get a creamy sauce - let cook for 20 minutes
  4. Add more coconut milk then
  5. Boil water and in a bowl add couscous and the hot water & stir
  6. Combine the sauce and the couscous
  7. Top it with raisins
  8. ENJOY!
