Lemon-Chocolate cake for your sweet tooth!
Egg-free cake is not possible? Honey, you don't need eggs in your cake. Also nice to know if you want to bake and you're not having them at home.

  1. 350 g of flour
  2. 100 g of sugar
  3. 1 package vanilla sugar
  4. 300 ml of milk (I used 200 ml rice milk & 100 ml cocos milk)
  5. 125 ml olive oil
  6. half of a lemon
  7. a bit of the lemon peel
  8. 1 package backing powder
  9. some of black cooking chocolate chips (a hand full)
  10. I added some chia seeds (a tablespoon)
  11. for the frosting
  12. 3-4 tablespoons rice milk
  13. 3-4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  1. In a large bowl, stirr everything (flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, milk, oil,and some chocolate chips)
  2. then press the half of a lemon in it and some of the lemon peel, bake it for 45 minutes on 180 Degrees Celsius or 356 Degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. For the frosting
  4. Heat rice milk with a bit of cocoa powder and coat it on your cake
Side information
  1. Eggs are used to fix ingredients together. But instead of eggs you can fix your ingredients with a whole lot of stuff. I mean good to know in general :)
For one egg goes
  1. half of a banana
  2. 1/2 extra package of baking powder
  3. 1 tablespoon of flour and 1 of water and 2 of oil
  4. 2 tablespoons soja flour and 1 tablespoon water
  5. a bit of margarine
  6. soya yoghurt
  7. a bit of quinoa
