Tortilla wraps and a yummie salad

Ingredients
  1. For the tortilla wraps
  2. rice
  3. oil
  4. chillies
  5. onions
  6. peas
  7. (feel free to include whatever veggies you have at home!)
  8. For the yummie salad
  9. pomegranate
  10. sunflower seeds
  11. basil
  12. chillies
  13. leek
  14. dried mangos
For the salad sauce
  1. lemon
  2. basil
  3. mustard
  4. vinegar
  5. olive oil
Instructions
  1. Boil rice and warm the tortilla wraps
  2. In a fry pan put in a bit of oil
  3. onions
  4. chillies
  5. peas
  6. add herbs
  7. salt
  8. soya cream
  9. Let it cook for 10 minutes
  10. Fill the wraps with rice and the veggies
  11. Serve with salad
  12. Enjoy
