Carrot and pumpkin soup
A nice way to warm your heart in autumn and winter.

Ingredients
  1. Half a pumpkin
  2. Three carots
  3. Half a onion
  4. One clove of garlic
  5. A bit of salt
  6. sugar
  7. pepper
  8. rosemary
  9. curry
  10. about 200 ml (1 US cup) of coconut milk
  11. bouillon cube
Instructions
  1. In a pan add oil and cut the onion
  2. Cut the pumpkin and the carrots
  3. Add garlic
  4. Half of a bouillon cube
  5. add 200 ml (1 US cup) of water
  6. add some rosemary
  7. Cook slowly for two hours
  8. Then blend the soup, pouree until it is smooth
  9. Add salt and pepper to your taste
  10. When you have added enough salt and pepper, stir in the coconutmilk
  11. and add a bit of curry
Notes
  1. I hope you like this one! Serve with rice and a fresh salad with bruschetta.
